Company Director & Founder
Helen is the founder and director of H Consultancy Group, with over 25 years of sales and business development experience and more than six years of hands-on success running her own recruitment business. Her career has been built on strong relationships, commercial insight, and a passion for helping businesses find the right people and the right solutions to grow.
After building and leading recruitment company for six years, Helen expanded her vision to create H Consultancy Group - a business focused on powering workforces and supporting growth through recruitment, consultancy, and specialist business services. She works closely with clients to deliver practical support, open up new opportunities, and help businesses achieve long-term success through a personal and commercially driven approach.
Jake Pattison
Director
Jake Pattison is the director of Pattison Installations , sister company to H Consultancy Group. With extensive hands-on experience in mechanical installation and workforce delivery, Jake leads the business with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and practical support for clients across the UK and worldwide.
Through his leadership, Pattison Installations has built a trusted reputation for supplying skilled mechanical installers, Electrical Engineers and Solar Technicians who help keep projects moving efficiently and to a high standard. As the sister company to H Consultancy Group, Pattison Installations plays an important role in our wider horizon commitment - creating opportunities, powering workforces, and supporting business growth through both consultancy and hands-on industry expertise.
You will not often find Jake in the office - you will usually find him on top of a roof, on site, overseeing our workers and projects to make sure everything is delivered to the highest standard.

With more than eight years’ experience in commercial travel, Laura and Donna understand the demands placed on contractors working away from home, and the importance of having travel and accommodation arrangements that simply work.
Working closely with Helen and her team, we provide contractors with a fully managed travel service, supporting everything from UK and worldwide hotel accommodation to flights and complete travel arrangements.
From the initial booking through to travel, we take care of everything. All bookings are added to our dedicated travel app, keeping accommodation, flights, itineraries and essential travel information together in one convenient place. This means contractors can easily access everything they need, wherever they are.
As independent travel professionals, we have access to an extensive network of trusted travel suppliers. This allows us to source competitive options while considering location, budget, flexibility and individual requirements.
Most importantly, there are real people behind every booking. Rather than dealing with a faceless booking platform, contractors have Laura and Donna on hand to answer questions, manage arrangements and provide support whenever plans change.
Our role is simple: to take the stress out of business travel, so contractors can focus on the work that matters.

A former professional goalkeeper, Chris has transferred the discipline, commitment and teamwork from his sporting career into creating one of the UK’s most reliable payroll solution providers.
Under Chris’s leadership, AGPayroll has grown into a trusted partner for recruitment agencies, end clients and contractors, offering Umbrella, CIS, Limited Company and fully outsourced payroll solutions.
